BUILDING ACT 1975 - SECT 251
Register of notices given
251 Register of notices given
(1) Each local government must keep the
register maintained under this section before the commencement of the Building
and Integrated Planning Amendment Act 1998 .
(2) A local government may
remove from the register all entries and details relating to a notice when the
requirements of the notice have been complied with.
