BUILDING ACT 1975 - SECT 301
Definition for pt 11
In this part—
"exemption period" means the period—
(a) starting on 8 January 2011; and
(b) ending on 8 July 2011.
"relevant building surveying technician" means a person who— (a) was a
building surveying technician immediately before 1 January 2010; or
(b) was
issued with a licence or a renewed licence on a decision for an application
mentioned in section 287(1).
"relevant certifying function" means a building certifying function for a
building or structure having a rise of no more than 2 storeys and a total
floor area no more than 500m 2.
