BUILDING ACT 1975 - SECT 34A
Decision for building development application that complies with building assessment provisions
(1) This section applies subject to section 83 and the
Planning Act , chapter 3 .
(2) If the assessment manager for a
building development application is satisfied the application complies with
the building assessment provisions, the assessment manager must approve the
application.
