Operation of div 2
47 Operation of div 2
(1) This division confers functions on private
certifiers for building development applications.
(2) The functions are in
addition to the building certifying functions that private certifiers may
perform as building certifiers.
(3) The additional functions, together with
building certifying functions, are
"private certifying functions" .
