Required report before assessing application for temporary building or structure with special fire service
64 Required report before assessing application for temporary building or
structure with special fire service
(1) This section applies to a
building development application for a temporary building or structure that is
proposed to have a special fire service.
(2) Before carrying out building
assessment work for the application, the building certifier must obtain from
Queensland Fire and Rescue a report on the suitability of the proposed
service.
