BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ACT 1997 - SECT 121
Power of body corporate manager to act for body corporate
(1) A decision of a body corporate manager in exercising a power under an
authorisation given under section 120 is a decision of the body corporate.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a decision that, under the regulation
module applying to the scheme, is a decision on a restricted issue for a
committee for a body corporate.
