Actions under disputes provisions
346 Actions under disputes provisions
(1) This section applies if, before the commencement, an application was made
to a referee under the 1980 Act, part 5 for the purpose of an
existing 1980 Act plan.
(2) The 1980 Act, part 5 continues to apply for the
completion of all matters relating to the application.
(3) An order made
under a provision of the 1980 Act, part 5 has effect for the new scheme
established for the existing 1980 Act plan.
