BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ACT 1997 - SECT 89
General principles of creation of layered arrangement from basic schemes
(1) Two or more basic schemes may become a
layered arrangement of community titles schemes (a
"layered arrangement" ) under this part.
(2) The basic schemes may become a
layered arrangement if the scheme land for the layered arrangement conforms
with the Land Title Act , section 115H .
