BUILDING UNITS AND GROUP TITLES ACT 1980 - SECT 133

133 Offences

(1) Any person (including a body corporate) who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Act, other than schedule 3 , commits an offence against this Act and, if no penalty is expressly provided for that offence, shall be liable on conviction to a penalty not exceeding 6 2 / 3 penalty units.

(2) An offence against this Act shall be prosecuted in a summary way under the Justices Act 1886 .
