BUILDING UNITS AND GROUP TITLES ACT 1980 - SECT 133B
Approved forms
(1) The registrar of titles may approve forms for use under this Act in
relation to a titles registry function performed under this Act.
(2) The
chief executive may approve forms for use under this Act other than in
circumstances mentioned in subsection (1) .
