BUILDING UNITS AND GROUP TITLES ACT 1980 - SECT 149
Approved forms
(1) This section applies to a form approved under section 133B(1) as in force
before the commencement if the form is in force immediately before the
commencement.
(2) From the commencement, the form is taken to be a form
approved by the chief executive under section 133B(2).
