171 Person’s liability for noncompliance with attendance notice unaffected
by issue of arrest warrant
The issue of an arrest warrant for the apprehension of a person, or the
apprehension of a person under the arrest warrant, does not relieve the person
from any liability incurred by the person for noncompliance with an attendance
notice.
