CRIME AND CORRUPTION ACT 2001 - SECT 179
Who may be present at closed hearings
179 Who may be present at closed hearings
(1) The presiding officer conducting a closed hearing may give a direction
about who may be present at the hearing.
(2) A person must not knowingly
contravene a direction under subsection (1) . Penalty— Maximum
penalty—85 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
(3) In this
section—
"hearing" includes part of a hearing.
