CRIME AND CORRUPTION ACT 2001 - SECT 219D
Jurisdiction relating to allegations of corrupt conduct against prescribed persons is exclusive
219D Jurisdiction relating to allegations of corrupt conduct against
prescribed persons is exclusive
(1) An allegation of corrupt conduct against a prescribed person may only be
heard and decided by QCAT.
(2) Subsection (1) applies to the exclusion of
authority given by law to any other person or tribunal to hear and decide, at
first instance, an allegation of corrupt conduct made against a prescribed
person.
