CRIME AND CORRUPTION ACT 2001 - SECT 226
Disqualification as commissioner or chief executive officer
226 Disqualification as commissioner or chief executive officer
(1) An ineligible person or the chief executive officer can not be appointed
as, or continue as, a commissioner.
(2) An ineligible person can not be
appointed as, or continue as, the chief executive officer.
