Engagement of agents
256 Engagement of agents
(1) To meet temporary circumstances, the commission may engage suitably
qualified persons to provide it with services, information or advice.
(2) A
person engaged under subsection (1) is engaged on the terms and conditions
decided by the commission and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
