CRIME AND CORRUPTION ACT 2001 - SECT 263
Times and places of meetings
263 Times and places of meetings
(1) Commission meetings are to be held at the times and places the chairperson
decides.
(2) However, the chairperson must call a meeting if asked, in
writing, to do so by the Minister or at least the number of commissioners
forming a quorum for the commission.
