CRIME AND CORRUPTION ACT 2001 - SECT 268

268 Minutes
(1) The commission must keep— (a) minutes of its meetings; and
(b) a record
of any resolutions made under section 266 (6) .
(2) Subsection (3) applies if
a resolution is passed at a commission meeting by a majority of the
commissioners present.
(3) If asked by a commissioner who voted against the
passing of the resolution, the commission must record in the minutes of the
meeting that the commissioner voted against the resolution.
