CRIME AND CORRUPTION ACT 2001 - SECT 303

303 Office of parliamentary crime and corruption commissioner
(1) There must be appointed a commissioner to be known as the parliamentary
crime and corruption commissioner.
(2) The parliamentary commissioner is an
officer of the Parliament.
