Personnel changes do not affect commission’s power to make findings or report
341 Personnel changes do not affect commission’s power to make findings or
report
(1) The commission may make findings and report on the basis of all evidence
presented to it regardless of any change in the constitution of the
commission.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (1) does
not require the commission to make findings or report in relation to a crime
investigation or anything done under this Act for the witness protection
function.
