"commencement" means the commencement of this section.
"contract employee" means a person who, immediately before the commencement,
was employed by the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime
commission under a written contract, whether or not for a fixed term.
"repealed Act" means the repealed Criminal Justice Act 1989 or the repealed
Crime Commission Act 1997 .
