CRIME AND CORRUPTION ACT 2001 - SECT 354
Continuation of complaints
354 Continuation of complaints
(1) This section applies if a complaint made to the criminal justice
commission under the repealed Criminal Justice Act 1989 before the
commencement had not been finally dealt with under that Act on the
commencement.
(2) The complaint must be dealt with as if it had been made
under this Act.
