Duty to notify commission of police misconduct
37 Duty to notify commission of police misconduct
(1) This section applies if the commissioner of police reasonably suspects
that a complaint, or information or matter (also a
"complaint" ), involves police misconduct.
(2) The commissioner of police
must notify the commission of the complaint, subject to section 40 .
