CRIME AND CORRUPTION ACT 2001 - SECT 373
Action taken by parliamentary commissioner
373 Action taken by parliamentary commissioner
(1) An action started by the parliamentary commissioner before the
commencement but not finished at the commencement may be continued as if the
action had been started under this Act and this Act applies accordingly.
(2)
In this section—
"action" means— (a) an investigation; or
(b) an inquiry; or
(c) a review.
