Provision for selection processes for roles of commissioners
405 Provision for selection processes for roles of commissioners
An appointment of a person as a commissioner after the enactment of the
amendment Act is not to be taken to be invalid only because action was taken
in relation to the filling of the role of the commissioner before the
enactment.
