Corruption functions
441 Corruption functions
(1) The commission may perform its corruption functions under section 33(2) in
relation to conduct that happened, or that is suspected to have happened,
before the commencement.
(2) This Act as in force from the commencement
applies to a corruption investigation— (a) started but not finished before
the commencement; or
(b) started after the commencement in relation to
conduct that happened, or that is suspected to have happened, before the
commencement.
