CRIME AND CORRUPTION ACT 2001 - SECT 442
Reports to prosecuting authorities
442 Reports to prosecuting authorities
(1) This section applies if, before the commencement, the commission reported
on an investigation of a complaint about, or information or matter involving,
corruption to the director of public prosecutions under section 49(2)(a) as in
force before the commencement.
(2) Section 49(5) as in force immediately
before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the matters the
subject of the report.
