Period for starting proceedings relating to reviewable decisions
444 Period for starting proceedings relating to reviewable decisions
(1) Section 219G(2) as in force before the commencement continues to apply to
a reviewable decision made before the commencement.
(2) Section 219G(2) as in
force from the commencement applies in relation to a reviewable decision made
after the commencement even if the decision relates to conduct that happened
before the commencement.
