CRIME AND CORRUPTION ACT 2001 - SECT 65
Commission reports—court procedures
65 Commission reports—court procedures
(1) This section applies to a commission report about— (a) the procedures
and operations of a State court; or
(b) the procedures and practices of the
registry or administrative offices of a State court.
(2) The report may be
given only to— (a) the Chief Justice, if the report deals with matters
relevant to the Supreme Court; or
(b) the Chief Judge of the District Court,
if the report deals with matters relevant to the District Court; or
(c) the
President of the Childrens Court, if the report deals with matters relevant to
the Childrens Court; or
(d) the Chief Magistrate, if the report deals with
matters relevant to the Magistrates Courts; or
(e) the judicial officer, or
the principal judicial officer if there is more than 1 judicial officer, in
the court, or the system of courts, to which the matters dealt with in the
report are relevant.
