Evidence that place is being used for prostitution
229N Evidence that place is being used for prostitution
(1) The fact that a place is being used for the purposes of prostitution may
be inferred from evidence of the condition of the place, material found at the
place and other relevant factors and circumstances.
(2) However, evidence of
condoms and other material for safe sex practices is not admissible against a
defendant.
