Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsOn a charge of an offence as defined in section 229B, evidence of an unlawful sexual act or acts done before the commencement of this section may be admitted for the purpose of deciding whether unlawful sexual acts done after the commencement of this section establish the existence of an unlawful sexual relationship.
