Prescribed entities for ss 26 and 27
76 Prescribed entities for ss 26 and 27
(1) Subsection (2) applies until a regulation under this Act prescribes an
entity for section 26 (1) (a) .
(2) The entities mentioned in the Personal
Injuries Proceedings Regulation 2002 , section 12 , immediately before the
commencement of this section are taken to be prescribed for section 26 (1) (a)
and 27 (1) .
