Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA reference in an Act or document to the legislature, or to the Parliament, or to both Houses of Parliament, or other reference, that, if the Constitution Act Amendment Act 1922 , as repealed by this Act, had not been passed, would be taken to include a reference to the Legislative Council, is to be taken to refer only to the Queen and the Legislative Assembly of Queensland, or only to the Legislative Assembly, as the context may require.
Note—The Constitution Act Amendment Act 1922 abolished the Legislative Council of Queensland.
