CHILD PROTECTION ACT 1999 - SECT 180
Dealing with forfeited things etc.
180 Dealing with forfeited things etc.
(1) On forfeiture, the thing becomes the State’s property and may be dealt
with by the chief executive as the chief executive considers appropriate.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1) , the chief executive may destroy the thing.
