Repeal of Supreme Court Act 1995

211 Repeal of Supreme Court Act 1995

(1) The Supreme Court Act 1995 is repealed.
(2) The Supreme Court Act 1995 , sections 300 and 303 are declared to be laws to which the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20A applies.
