CIVIL PROCEEDINGS ACT 2011 - SECT 48

48 Mediated resolution agreement

(1) If, at a mediation, the parties agree on a resolution of their dispute or part of it, the agreement must be written down and signed by or for each party and by the mediator.

(2) The agreement has effect as a compromise.
