CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS ACT 2011 - SECT 33
Civil partnerships under corresponding laws
(1) A regulation may provide that a relationship under a corresponding law is
taken to be registered as a civil partnership under this Act.
(2) In this
section—
"corresponding law" means a law of another State or country prescribed by
regulation to be a corresponding law for this Act.
