Regulation-making power
36 Regulation-making power
(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2) Without
limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may— (a) prescribe fees payable under
this Act; or
(b) provide for the refunding or waiving of fees payable under
this Act.
