CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS ACT 2011 - SECT 37
Definitions for pt 6
In this part—
"amending Act" means the Civil Partnerships and Other Legislation Amendment
Act 2012.
"civil partnership notary" means— (a) a person registered as a
civil partnership notary under the Act as in force immediately before the
commencement; or
(b) the registrar.
"commencement" means the day on which this section commences.
"former" , in relation to a provision, means as in force immediately before
the amendment or repeal of the provision by the amending Act.
