Civil partnerships under corresponding laws
39 Civil partnerships under corresponding laws
(1) This section applies to a relationship under a corresponding law that was,
immediately before the commencement, taken to be registered as a civil
partnership under former section 33.
(2) The civil partnership is, on and
from the commencement, taken to be registered as a registered relationship
under this Act.
