CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS ACT 2011 - SECT 49
Registered relationships under corresponding laws
(1) This section applies to a relationship under a corresponding law that was,
immediately before the commencement, taken to be registered as a registered
relationship under former section 33.
(2) The registered relationship is, on
and from the commencement, taken to be registered as a civil partnership under
this Act.
(3) In this section—
"corresponding law" see section 33(2).
