Extension of restraining order
136 Extension of restraining order
(1) On the application of the State, the Supreme Court may extend the period
for which a restraining order is to remain in force.
(2) The State must give
notice of the application to— (a) the prescribed respondent; and
(b) anyone
else whose property is restrained under the restraining order; and
(c) anyone
else the applicant considers may have an interest in the restrained property.
(3) A person given or entitled to be given notice under subsection (2) may
appear at the hearing of the application.
