Particular benefits not to be taken into account
192 Particular benefits not to be taken into account
The court must not take into account a benefit for the purposes of a pecuniary
penalty order if a pecuniary penalty has already been imposed because of the
benefit under this Act or a law of the Commonwealth or another State.
