251 Charging of money laundering

(1) A charge of money laundering may be about—

(a) an act, or 2 or more acts committed at the same time or different times; or

(b) tainted property relating to an offence, or 2 or more offences committed by the same person or different persons.

(2) A person may be convicted of money laundering even though the tainted property concerned related to an offence committed by the person.
