Application of ch 3
95 Application of ch 3
(1) This chapter applies in relation to— (a) a confiscation offence
committed or suspected of having been committed at any time, whether before or
after the commencement of this Act; and
(b) a person’s conviction of a
confiscation offence at any time, whether before or after the commencement of
this Act.
(2) Subsection (1) applies subject to section 96 .
