CHILD PROTECTION (OFFENDER REPORTING AND OFFENDER PROHIBITION ORDER) ACT 2004 - SECT 13ZJ
Powers on appeal
13ZJ Powers on appeal
(1) The appeal court may, on an appeal against a relevant decision about an
offender prohibition order— (a) make, vary or revoke the offender
prohibition order, as it considers appropriate; or
(b) make another order or
decision it considers should have been made.
(2) The appeal court may, on an
appeal against a relevant decision about a registered corresponding order—
(a) register, or revoke the registration of, the corresponding order or a
variation of it; or
(b) make another order or decision it considers should
have been made.
(3) An order or decision made under subsection (1) (b) or (2)
(b) takes effect from when it is made.
