DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2012 - SECT 35
Copy of application must be given to aggrieved
35 Copy of application must be given to aggrieved
(1) If the applicant for a protection order is not the aggrieved, the
applicant must give a copy of the application to the aggrieved.
(2) Failure
to comply with subsection (1) does not invalidate or otherwise affect an
application for a protection order.
