DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2012 - SECT 71

71 Respondent to agree to making or amending of intervention order

The court may make or amend an intervention order only if the respondent—

(a) is present in court; and

(b) agrees to the order being made or amended; and

(c) agrees to comply with the order as made or amended.
