Making criminal history costs requirement
107 Making criminal history costs requirement
(1) The chief executive may make a criminal history costs requirement of a
person— (a) in an approved form for an application or request under this Act
or the Administration Act ; or
(b) on the department’s website; or
(c) in
a written notice given by the chief executive to the person.
(2) However,
subsection (3) applies if a criminal history costs requirement is made of—
(a) an applicant under this Act after the application is made; or
(b) a
collection agent but not in relation to an application made by the agent.
(3)
The criminal history costs requirement must— (a) be made in a written notice
given by the chief executive to the applicant or collection agent; and
(b)
also include a requirement for the costs to be paid within a stated reasonable
period.
