18 What a registration certificate authorises

(1) A registration certificate authorises the holder of the certificate (a
"subagent" ) to perform any of the following activities that may be performed by the field agent who employs the subagent—

(a) a debt collection activity;

(b) a repossession activity;

(c) a process serving activity.

(2) Subsection (1) is subject to any limitations imposed under a condition of the registration for which the certificate was issued.

(3) The subagent may perform the activities only in the capacity of an employee of someone else.
